In Nunavut, workplace first aid is governed by Safety Act (mirroring RSNWT 1988, c. S-1 as adopted by Nunavut), administered by Workers' Safety and Compensation Commission (WSCC, jointly with NWT). Employers must ensure a trained first aider is available at all times.
